Salon Policies
In efforts to protect our stylist’s livelihood, we ask that our clients are respectful of our stylists' time, the cancellation policy, and understanding the financial commitment when an appointment is booked.
By booking an appointment - clients are agreeing to this policy
Cancellation
A credit card is required to reserve an appointment at Paint Salon.
All cancellations or modifications to appointments must be made 48 hours ahead of the appointment time, or you will be charged the full cost of the booking. This includes modifying a cut and color service to only a haircut and rescheduling.
If you do not cancel your appointment and you fail to show up at the time of your appointment; this will be considered a “no show” and your card will be charged for the full amount of the service that you are booked for.
For example: If you book for a haircut ($121) + “Going Lighter” ($210) - you will be charged $331 for canceling your appointment with less than 48 hours notice.
If you are experiencing an emergency or illness, please contact reception as soon as possible for potential accommodations.
Late Arrival
Please call in advance if you may be late and your stylist will let you know whether they will be able to accommodate the timing change
Out of respect for all of our clients, guests arriving 10 or more minutes late may be asked to reschedule and will be subject to the cancellation policy.
Client Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with your service please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. Your stylist will work with you to ensure that the results are to your satisfaction.
Please note: most corrective color processes require multiple visits; because of this, adjustment services do not apply to corrective color appointments.
